USP Digital (Formerly USP Studios) is a digital media company that produces content in many genres such as music, lifestyle, food, etc and is most recognised for its educational and entertainment content for children worldwide. Founded in 2013, the company publishes its content on digital platforms such as YouTube, Amazon Prime, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Roku, Fire TV, Tubi, etc.

USP DIgital was founded in 2013 by Uday Singh Phoolka and is based in Mumbai, India.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

The company produces and is a specialist in developing both original and traditional rhymes in high quality animation in addition to developing educational and entertainment content for children such as 3D and 2D animated nursery rhymes, kids' songs, and other educational videos.[7][8] Some of their popular series on YouTube include Bob The Train, Farmees, “Little Treehouse”, “Super Supremes” and “Apple and Bananas”. Baby Bao Panda.[9][10][11][12] Kids TV is the their most subscribed YouTube Channel.[13]

In 2017, the company partnered with the toy company Jazwares to develop products based on its popular YouTube characters, such as "Bob the Train".[14]

In 2020, the company partnered with Reliance Jio to provide Jio users with access to its apps, including Kids First, Kids TV India, and Junior Squad Kid Songs.[15][16][17][18][19][20]

USP Digital produces and distributes its content in over 44 international languages such as English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, German, French, Italian, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia and this content is available for global viewing on YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Apple Music, Samsung TV, LG TV, Amazon Prime, Roku, Fire TV, Tubi, Peacock, Pluto, Tencent Video, Xiaomi, iQIYI, Youku, etc.

The company owns and operates over 550 YouTube Channels that generate over 100 million views per day from over 400 million subscribers in its network that watch the content for over 150 million hours per month in these 44 international languages.

Music produced by the company has won several awards. The song "The Halloween Howl" won awards in 2023. Another track, "Dinos of the World," received recognition in 2022.[21][22][23][24]

USP Digital is a Google Preferred Partner company and has 5 Diamond Buttons, over 100 Gold Buttons and over 300 Silver buttons from YouTube.[25]
